About Me

I am a diligent copywriter, editor, and maker with a knack for intuiting creative solutions to problems of any size. I fiercely believe that every person is a capable storyteller; it’s one of the things that makes us human. I’m here to help organize the elements of your story so it can reach as many people as possible!

How I Got Here

At the end of 2021, I graduated from University of California, Davis with a B.A. in both Psychology and Cinema & Digital Media. I’ve honed my writing style for multiple niches, including scientific journals, critical media analysis, and primary source-based scholarly essays.

My current work as a full time freelancer allows me to further my expertise in many different types of document production. My method, regardless of what stage of the publication process I’m recruited to facilitate, is to conduct independent research on the industry and my client’s influence within it. Having a robust understanding of common verbiage, production processes and audiences allows me to effectively parse a project’s scope and deliver a high-quality product.

It’s About the -Journey-

In addition to my work as a writer and editor, I have picked up many valuable interests over the years. Learning often comes from unexpected places, and I believe it is essential to always be a beginner at something or other. In doing so, I open myself up to using novel approaches to problems across disciplines.

As a film student, I developed my skills in videography, film editing, and production management. As an amateur sewist, I have developed not only an understanding of the construction of clothing, but I’ve also entirely expanded my understanding of the garment production industry, from the fast fashion of today to the painstaking labor of medieval seamstresses. While learning how to restore my grandfather’s leather trunk, I picked up the basics of color theory and soldering. Continuous learning results in novel amalgams of individualized growth.
